A: We usually ask for around £100 deposit ( dependant on your total holiday cost)
The balance for you holiday should be paid 4 weeks before you holiday date.
A: Your holiday cost includes accomodation as listed on accomodation page, and club passes to enable you to enjoy all of the superb facilities. We will require information from you to be able to apply for your club passes. You then simply collect them from reception when you collect the keys on arrival. LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO BRING SHEETS, QUILT COVERS, PILLOW CASES , TOWELS ETC.
A: Unfortunately we do not permit pets.
A: We will send you a key release form just before your holiday. You will be required to present this at reception, where you will be given the van keys and your club passes. These will be available from
2pm on your arrival day.
We ask that you vacate the caravan by 10 am on your departure date, and return the keys to reception.
